Dog's Play! it's where I stay when my mom is away... they are really cool there. Mister Joe makes sure I go home clean and sweet-smelling and Ms Susan and the other ladies there all take good care of me and pet my head and rub my ears. They feature photos of me!!! Well, not just me. Sometimes my friends get to be in it, too - depends on what kind of ad we have in there. But it's a really nice local magazine, too. Really friendly folks who make some of the dogs who come to the store look real pretty. And I hear the gals at Heritage are real patient, too, which is good since not all of us like to bathe too often. I mean, what's wrong with rolling in the fish pond or jumping in the pool now and again...but if your folks don't think that counts then this place is where you wanna go... Oh boy...what can I say? A lot of my friends are in this group (here's a bark out to my friend Dimitri...and Kirby, too). These dogs take their people around to kids' places and nursing homes and VA hospitals and all kinds of places where they can cheer up folks and make people smile. A couple of the girls like Tina and Pixie and Isabelle are always getting all dressed up and looking good...What do you think? I have been trying to convince my mom that having me go around and grunt and snort and scratch would be kind of therapeutic for some folks, but she says she's not convinced I would make a good therapy dog.
