These are some of my favorite places on the Web...
DFW Pug Rescue
These guys are great. They work to save pugs just like me! My mom and I recently fostered one and it was kind of cool having an older sister for a bit. They work hard here and do good work, so check them out and lend them a paw if you can...
Shelter & Rescue Contacts
Margaret Bryant Dog Photography
Ms Margaret shoots excellent portraits. She captured the spirit of Wilbur's sister, Delilah, in a framed portrait that moves MJ's heart each time she sees it.
Dog's Play! it's where I stay when my mom is away... they are really cool there. Mister Joe makes sure I go home clean and sweet-smelling and Ms Susan and the other ladies there all take good care of me and pet my head and rub my ears. They even sneak me a treat or two, you know, just so I don't get sad or anything...BOL...
Whole Dog Journal
Get THE LIST...the top dog foods for total wellness, rated each year. Great health tis and articles every month.
Urban Animal Magazine
They feature photos of me!!! Well, not just me. Sometimes my friends get to be in it, too - depends on what kind of ad we have in there. But it's a really nice local magazine, too. Good articles, lists of fun events that we pooches can attend, articles to help our parents get along better with us...
Heritage Pet Salon
Really friendly folks who make some of the dogs who come to the store look real pretty. And I hear the gals at Heritage are real patient, too, which is good since not all of us like to bathe too often. I mean, what's wrong with rolling in the fish pond or jumping in the pool now and again...but if your folks don't think that counts then this place is where you wanna go...
Heart of Texas Therapy Dogs
Oh boy...what can I say? A lot of my friends are in this group (here's a bark out to my friend Dimitri...and Kirby, too). These dogs take their people around to kids' places and nursing homes and VA hospitals and all kinds of places where they can cheer up folks and make people smile. A couple of the girls like Tina and Pixie and Isabelle are always getting all dressed up and looking good...What do you think? I have been trying to convince my mom that having me go around and grunt and snort and scratch would be kind of therapeutic for some folks, but she says she's not convinced I would make a good therapy dog. Still if you wanna see what some really 'pro' therapy dogs are like, check out this site...
Good Shepherd Rescue of North Texas
Alt Vet Med
Complementary and Alternative Veterinary Medicine
Diamond in The Ruff Photography
Cheri makes all the dogs look so photogenic and you can have all your pictures on a cd, too.
I think I am secretly in love with Merry, the pug on this site. She's so pretty...do you think I would ever stand a chance?
Richardson Humane Society
More really good people doing good deeds. They save all kinds of dogs (not just pugs) and bring 'em up to the store sometimes for adoption days. Always good to see a pup getting a new family...
