When they started using the term “smart casual” they had the Betsy Polka Dot line in mind. A traditional polka dot constructed with a corresponding cotton webbing, ribbon with printed white dots, nickel hardware and a durable sport side-release adjustable buckle.  Proudly made in the USA.  A matching leash is available in 6 foot length.

Collars and Leads are 1" width.  Small fits necks 12 to 16 inches.  Medium fits 16 to 20 inches.  Large fits 20 to 24 inches.
