You can join our mailing list. We send out periodic updates and announcements about new lines and treats that are coming. Specials and 'private sales' and fun events.
How often do you get new merchandise? TOP
All the time! We work with more than 150 different designers and vendors and we receive shipments almost daily.
Sometimes, several times a day during the holiday season.
What happens if I order the wrong size? TOP
We want you to be excited about your new purchases. If an item does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to exchange it. In the case of a return, you may receive store credit for the full purchase price. However, the credit will not include the shipping and handling costs. Right now, we are offering Flat Rate Shipping for just $7.95 !
Please read the following exceptions:
- Applies to merchandise orders only.
- Oversize and over weight items (including furniture, beds, med to large crates, strollers and feeders) do not apply.
- Available for Ground and USPS Priority Mail shipping only.
- This offer is not available for International orders or addresses.
How Long Will it Take to Get My Order? TOP
The time to receive your items may vary: Please note that with standard or ground shipping, your items may take 5 - 15 business days for delivery. If you wish to have your shipment expedited, contact us at wilbur@woofandbark.com.
Custom Orders do not qualify for expedited shipping as they are made to order.
Most orders are fulfilled from our store in Texas. However occasionally some items may be shipped from different warehouses. Items may be shipped by FedEx, UPS, DHL and the US Postal Service. Some of our larger items are shipped direct and may arrive separately from other items on your order.
Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order. Large items such as beds and furniture include extra shipping surcharges for dimensions and oversize weights which are added to the total shipping charges. If shipping charges will be more than what was calculated during checkout, we will contact you via e-mail.
